Regional Products

We use ingredients from the region around the Spreewald, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables from local providers. Our Spreewald Restaurant Zum Braukrug with 40 seats, our conservatory with 80 seats, or the garden terrace under the lime trees with around 60 seats invite you to linger.

Our kitchen delights you with typical Spreewald dishes as well as regional specialties. House specialties include the Slavic sword, the Wendish fish pan, or the Sorbian pan. For groups of 20 or more, we recommend our Spreewald buffet with all the typical dishes of our region.

For all kinds of celebrations, up to 170 people can be accommodated in the Historic Hall in Raddusch (from November to March), or up to 70 people in the conservatory (from October 1st to April 30th). From May onwards, you can celebrate lunch or coffee (until 4:30 PM) in our conservatory with a maximum of 25 people.
